Who publishes the site
mede-eigendom-beheer.be is published by MentionBox SRL, a digital marketing agency based in Nassogne, Belgium.
Pages grounded in the texts
Each page starts from the Civil Code (Book 3, articles 3.78 to 3.100) and the public sources that clarify it: FPS Justice, FPS Economy, the notarial profession, the Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents, the Accounting Standards Commission, the Flemish government and the regional water companies. The sources consulted are listed at the bottom of each page.
Nothing invented
No figure, statistic or testimonial is invented. Information that cannot be checked against a reliable source is not published.
Dates and updates
Each page shows its publication date and, where relevant, its update date. A reform of the Civil Code, a new rate or useful case law triggers a review of the pages concerned.
Report an error
An error, a misquoted article of law, outdated information: write to emd@mentionbox.be and name the page. The correction is made and dated on the page.
Limits
These pages inform; they do not replace a lawyer, notary, accountant or syndic on a specific case. In a dispute, the statutory text and the court’s decision prevail.
